About the Role
We are seeking skilled dedicated Licensed Air Conditioning Technicians to join our incredible team that we've worked hard to build. The ideal candidates will be team players and have a strong background in HVAC systems, with experience in installation, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning units. This position requires mechanical knowledge and the ability to work independently in various environments, ensuring optimal performance of HVAC systems. Our work consists of 90% remodeling projects and we need your expertise to build the service division. Pay is based on experience. You'll have 7 days of paid holidays and 2 weeks of PTO per year. You will also be provided with a company truck, work cell phone, uniforms, direct deposit and ongoing training.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair air conditioning systems and related components.

• Diagnose issues with HVAC systems using schematics and technical manuals.

• Perform routine maintenance on HVAC equipment to ensure efficiency and longevity.

• Conduct field service visits to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues.

• Utilize tools such as ohmmeters and welding equipment for repairs and installations.

• Collaborate with other technicians on complex projects involving refrigeration systems.

• Maintain accurate records of service performed, parts used, and customer interactions using our CRM.

• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations during all work activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years experience as a service technician in HVAC.

• Strong mechanical knowledge with a focus on air conditioning and refrigeration.

• Familiarity with HVAC design principles and property maintenance practices.

• Experience in service, renovation and construction is a plus.

• Valid driver's license is required for travel to job sites.
